Keep the line running. Cut the diesel bill.
Factories and processing plants run on thin margins, and in Uganda energy is one of the few big costs you can actually control. When the grid drops, the line stops, batches spoil and the generator eats the margin. We design, build and run solar, battery and generator-integrated systems that keep your process moving and take a large share of diesel out of the cost base. We measure your real load before we size anything.

Energy is your most controllable production cost.
A processing plant lives and dies by its uptime. Every outage means a halted line, a spoiled batch, idle staff and a hard restart on motors and controls. The fallback is diesel, and the fuel bill only goes one way. A properly engineered solar and battery system changes the equation. It carries your process through outages, cuts a large share of the diesel spend, and pays for itself in a few years. We start by logging your actual consumption, then size the system to your real load. No guesses, no catalogue systems. And because we engineer, build and commission the whole system ourselves as a leading EPC contractor operating since 2011, one team stays accountable from the first measurement to years of service.

Tea & Coffee Processing
Withering, drying and CTC lines carry heavy daytime loads on some of the weakest rural grids in the country.

Tea and coffee factories run long, energy-hungry processing days far from a strong grid connection. We size hybrid solar and battery systems to the processing curve and integrate the existing generator, so drying and processing keep running when the grid does not. Our largest hybrid system to date runs a tea factory in Bushenyi.
- Covers the daytime processing load
- Generator integration for long outages
- Sized to the real production curve

Dairy & Milk Processing
Continuous cooling and processing cannot tolerate an interruption without risking the whole batch.

Dairy plants need uninterrupted power for chilling, pasteurising and processing. We integrate solar with the grid and generator so the cold chain and the process line never lose supply. Our system for one of Uganda's largest independent dairy processors is a benchmark for solar on continuous dairy loads.
- Uninterrupted cold chain
- Solar, grid and generator on one controller
- Protects continuous process loads

Food & Beverage
Processing, packing and refrigeration loads line up neatly with when solar produces most.

Food and beverage plants carry a steady daytime load that solar is well suited to cover, with battery backup protecting the cold chain and critical circuits. Systems can be delivered under a power purchase agreement, so you pay for the power rather than the hardware and start saving from day one.
- Daytime process load covered
- Cold-chain circuits protected

FMCG & Consumer Goods
Steady, predictable production loads are the ideal case for captive solar under a power purchase agreement.

Consumer-goods manufacturers run consistent shift loads that suit a grid-parallel solar system sized for direct self-consumption. We have delivered zero-feed-in systems across neighbouring plants under a single agreement, cutting the grid bill from the first day with no capital outlay.

Cold Chain & Logistics
Meat, fish and produce operations depend on refrigeration that simply cannot go dark.

Cold storage and logistics operations put refrigeration and controls on protected circuits with battery backup, so a grid outage never breaks the chain. We integrate solar with the existing generator for continuous production at meat, fish and produce operations.
- Refrigeration on battery backup
- Genset integration for continuity
- Critical circuits ring-fenced
