Solar Projects

Solar power systems, built for your operation

We design, build and commission complete solar power systems for manufacturers, hospitals, schools, farms and hotels. From 20 kWp to 2 MWp. Grid-tied for savings, solar plus battery for backup, or full off-grid. Every system is engineered around your actual load.

Why solar

Solar power sized for your business.

Every outage costs money. Products spoil. Batches get thrown away. Staff stand around. Machines restart badly. Diesel is expensive and getting worse. A well designed solar and battery system stops most of that. It runs your business through outages, cuts your diesel bill, and pays for itself in a few years. We measure your actual power use before we design anything. No guesses.

System types

Three system types. One that fits your site.

Captive power · grid-tied · own-consumption

Solar Savings System

Solar panels that run your daytime load straight off the roof, cutting the grid bill from day one.

The entry-stage system: solar PV tied to your grid connection, with optional generator integration. It covers as much of your daytime consumption as the roof allows, so you buy less power at peak tariff. There is no battery, which keeps the cost and the payback the lowest of any system. The best fit for operations that run through daylight hours.

Solar Backup System

Solar plus battery storage sized to your critical load, so production runs straight through an outage.

The savings system plus battery storage. You get daytime autonomy on solar and hours of backup when the grid drops, engineered from 2 to 4 hours up to 12 hours and beyond against your critical load. No restart damage, no spoiled batches, no idle staff. The standard choice for manufacturers, hospitals and processors on a weak grid.

Solar Off-Grid System

An extended solar and battery system sized to carry the whole site, day and night, with no reliance on the grid.

The backup system scaled up: more panels, more storage, sized to run the site around the clock. Built for locations with no reliable grid, or where security of supply cannot be compromised. The generator stays only as a deep backup for the lowest-sun days.

Already running a diesel generator?

Most sites we work on already have a generator. We don't rip it out. We put solar in front of it and add a fuel-save controller, so the two run as one system and your diesel bill drops.

1

Solar carries the load

The panels supply as much of your demand as the sun allows, in real time.

2

The controller manages the split

A fuel-save controller balances solar, battery and generator second by second.

3

The generator idles

It only runs to fill the gap, and switches off when solar and battery can cover the load.

Financing your system

Equator Solar is an EPC. We design, supply and build your system as a turnkey project, then hand you a tier-one, bankable asset. How you pay for it is your decision, and we help you get there.

Direct purchase

Own the system outright and take the full savings from day one. The fastest route to implementation.

Lease or PPA

A finance partner funds the system and you pay from the savings, with little or no upfront cost. Benefits without the investment.

Bank or green loan

Fund it through a commercial bank, including development-bank green credit lines, with the debt repaid out of what you save.

Whichever route you choose, we prepare the bank-ready feasibility study and the full documentation a lender needs. Every solution is tier-one and bankable.
